Evening Desert Safari Packages

A trip of the desert in the evening is very relaxing and enjoyable. Suitable for those who crave an escape from the busy and noisy life of the city during the morning, a trip during the evening is very calm and thrilling.  This bundle includes Pick-up and drop-off from your location, wherever in Dubai, on a shared basis. You and your fellow passengers will be cruising in the same Vehicle. The Vehicle has a total capacity of 7 people. Dune bashing will take place amid the Dubai desert’s red dunes for 20 to 30 minutes depend on package. Seating will be in the first row of the desert camp stage or wherever with a decent view of the stage. Dinner will be self-serve; you must choose from the buffet. The remaining of the tour activities remain unchanged. This tour, called “Evening Desert Safari”.

1. Pick & Drop from Your Location by 4×4

As pick up and drop off is offered in 4×4 vehicles, which can be 6-seater or 7-seater, these vehicles are also available on a sharing basis which means you can travel with other people as well in the same vehicle Price 99 AED Per Person, however, if you want to book an exclusive 4×4 Vehicle only for your family, that will be available at 650 AED. Pick up and drop off will be done by 4×4 and Dune Bashing by Land Cruiser. If you Book Exclusive Land Cruiser in 750 AED you do not need to change your vehicle for Dune Bashing as you can do that in the same Land Cruiser that you booked in your package.

2. Pick & Drop from Your Location by Bus

Pick up and Drop off from your location is also done by bus. A bus is available in a package if a large number of people want to go on the desert safari together, a better way to enjoy your safari. It seats a large number of people of people such as a group of tourists. Normally, pick and drop facilities are offered in Ajman, Dubai and Sharjah other than centralized locations. Pick and drop by bus is at price of 80 AED Per Person from home / hotel. There are two types of buses available, a 14 seater mini-bus and a 29 seater bus finalized by Transport Supervisor.

3. Pick & Drop from Centralized Location by Bus

Pick and drop from Centralized Locations is also offered by bus. The Centralized Locations in Dubai are Deira City Center, Lulu Al Barsha, Dragon Mart and Burjman Center while those in Sharjah are SHARA Center, City Center and Mega Mall whereas that in Ajman GMC Hospital Ajman. Pick-up and drop-off via bus costs 65 AED per person. There are two bus options: a 14-seater minibus and a 29-seater bus approved by Transport Supervisor.

4. Without Pick and Drop

If you choose to come by your own car, then you will come to the Desert Camp Parking Location by yourself. For Dune bashing we will provide you with a Land Cruiser which will be available for you. This package costs 50 AED Per Person. If you choose to opt for VIP Evening Desert Safari Packages, but you wish to come in your own car, then your package price will be 100 AED Per Person. Do know that we will provide you with pick and drop from Parking Area to Desert Camp.

Evening Desert Safari Tour Details

Drive Through The Desert Hatta Road

The tour starts with a drive through the Desert Hatta Road. The road is constructed very well so your drive is comfortable and safe. It is 45 minutes away only from your hotel. During your drive, you can make videos of the beautiful desert and capture amazing shots of the pleasant scenery which you can share with your friends and relatives and even post them on social media. The road surrounded by beautiful scenery and landscapes which make your drive scenic and peaceful. It is an extremely large and wide road so traffic does not build up and as it is very spacious, you can drive easily.

Dune Bashing by Land Cruisers

This tour is also known as an evening desert safari or a sunset desert safari in Dubai. A variety of activities available on desert safari tours. For starters, it involves dune bashing, sometimes known as a “desert safari,” which is one of the most exhilarating activities on a desert trip. The Land Cruisers which will offer you pick and drop will be the same vehicles used in dune bashing. Dune bashing is done by Land Cruiser. You may witness the sunset in the Dubai desert as well as do dune bashing among the fossil rocks during the desert safari. On this ride, you can take pictures and make videos to share with your family and friends. You can do this yourself and use our photographer for this purpose as well who will also frame your photos to share with your family and friends.

Sand Boarding

This desert safari adventure also features sandboarding. The sandboards from the reception are located after you reach our desert camp. Sandboarding is a sport that combines snowboarding, skating, and surfing. Instead of descending water, asphalt, or snow, the dune’s face is crossed by a sandboard. Think of surfing but instead of surfing the water think as if you’re surfing the beautiful red sand dunes of Dubai Desert. It is one of the main activities of Desert Safari. The best part about this activity is that even if you fall from your sandboard, you do not get injured because of the soft red sand. This enjoyable and fun-filled activity is done on the high Red Dunes of Dubai Desert.

Welcome with Arabic Coffee (Gahwa)

After you are finished with sandboarding, you will be served with Arabic Coffee also called Gahwa. Arabic coffee is distinguished by its preparation process and tastes, rather than by the type of roast beans used. Arabic coffee is unfiltered boiling coffee that is served black. Sugar is not usually added, however it can be added during preparation or before serving if desired. Coffee helps refuel you and make you full of energy again. It will also contribute to your good mood as you sit down for a drink with your family and friends and enjoy your time after sandboarding on the high Red Dunes.

Unlimited Tea & Coffee

Once you are done with drinking your Arabic Coffee, you are also served with unlimited coffee and tea. Starter Evening Snacks

Before any of your entertainment shows begin, we play soft and light music along with a change in lightning. As soon as this happens, our staff will provide you with starters. The starters include Falafel and Pakoras (with Chutney). These will be served with cold drinks. Starters, also known as Appetizers are little, tasty meals or drinks that tickle our taste senses, raise our appetite/hunger, and prepare us for the “ride” to the main dish. Payment Method

With no hidden charges, numerous payment options are accepted and accessible, including cash on delivery, payment online through bank transfer, and payment via ATM cards; however, there is a 5% service charge for online payment via bank transfers and ATM cards. If the number of clients exceeds the maximum seating capacity of our pick-up and drop-off 4×4 vehicles, we have numerous more vehicles available, including small and large buses. VIP Service in Desert Safari Camp

In our VIP Service, Live Cooking takes place from 06:00 pm to 09:00 pm. The distinguishing factor of this service from the normal one is the seating difference, as your meals will be served to you in sofa seating, and on tables and chairs. Moreover, your food will be served to you by our staff themselves. Live cooking will also be available, so you can enjoy your meals as they are freshly cooked in front of you by our highly skilled chefs.

For Booking Confirmation, kindly send us your good name, as well as your hotel name for pick and drop along with your UAE based mobile number. If you do not have your UAE mobile number (local), then you can send us your Whatsapp number, the one which you frequently use. Even if that is not working, you can send us your hotel room number through which our driver will contact you from your Hotel Reception. Staying in contact is very important, as we will update you on any changes in your tour in case of unforeseen circumstances or any weather changes.

Important Information

1. Safety

We would like it to be known that the safety of your belongings is your responsibility. It is advisable to not bring any extraordinary expensive items but if you do so then they are your responsibility. Especially during dune bashing and quad biking, as these activities are done in the desert, which is a very vast area, filled of sand, so it will be tough searching for your belongings, which may get under the sand due to the winds flying the sand particles from one place to another. Other than that, your safety and well-being is our utmost priority. So do look after your mobile phones, wallets, purses and other valuables.

2. Clothes and Shoes

As for your clothing, it is advised to wear loose fitted and light clothes during the summer because of the heat. While in the winters, it is advisable to don thick and warm clothing, so you are kept warm. Also kindly wear light colored clothes in the summer. As for your footwear, you should wear open sandals for the desert, because the sand particles may stick in your shoes which will irritate you. However, in the city, you can wear shoes of any kind.

3. Dune Bashing

Dune bashing is not recommended for heart patients, pregnant ladies and those people who have a history of back problems. As the vehicles are used at high speeds during dune bashing, and at high areas of the dunes, it is a very interesting activity. Dune bashing will be done in the same vehicles as the ones you are offered pick and drop services in. Our Dune Bashing is done at Red Dunes and this dune bashing is one of a kind. During dune bashing, we also give you a photography point where you can take pictures and film videos to share with your friends and family members as well as on your social media accounts.

4. Children

Children below the age of 3 are free of cost. However, those above, a seat is reserved for them and charged the same as an adult, as per the rule of UAE. Make sure to look after your kids during all times and all parts of the journey.

5.Large Group

For a large group of people, more than 20 individuals, we have different packages available at discounted rates. We can accommodate up to 1000 guests, offering them our services to the fullest. We offer pick and drop services in mini-buses, large buses as well as 4×4 vehicles, creating for the type of environment that you desire. Your satisfaction is one of our top priorities.

Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is as follows. Please read the terms and conditions given below to avoid any confusion:

  1. You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund, except in the case of an emergency (transfer charges will apply).
  2. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or no-shows will be charged in full.
  3. The refund amount will be paid back to the same card that was used to make the reservation.
  4. In the case of inclement weather or other external causes beyond our reasonable control, the activity/tour may be cancelled at short notice without incurring any expenses to the visitor. The tour/activity can be rescheduled in such situations, or a full refund will be issued.
  5. Depending on your bank’s regulations, the refund might take 7 to 14 days to appear in your account.
