1. Morning Desert Safari in Dubai Cost Exclusive Vehicle Land Cruiser = 650 AED

A luxurious Land Cruiser would set you back 650 AED. This will only be available to the people you have reserved it for. This is a 7-seater four-wheel-drive vehicle. You will be picked up by a Land Cruiser, which will also be utilised for dune bashing. This vehicle will not be accessible for sharing base.

Pick-Up

We offer pick and drop in 4×4 Land Cruisers. This vehicle is already available for you in your package. This land cruiser will be available on Private base. You will be contacted by your pick and drop captain for your pick up and drop off timings. You will send your location to your captain and he will come and pick you up from your home or hotel. Afterwards, when you are done with your desert safari activities, you will be dropped off to your home/hotel in the same vehicle.

Drive Through The Desert Hatta Road

The tour starts with a drive through the Desert Hatta Road. The road is constructed very well so your drive is comfortable and safe. It is 45 minutes away only from your hotel. During your drive, you can make videos of the beautiful desert and capture amazing shots of the pleasant scenery which you can share with your friends and relatives and even post them on social media. The road surrounded by beautiful scenery and landscapes which make your drive scenic and peaceful. It is an extremely large and wide road so traffic does not build up and as it is very spacious, you can drive easily.

Pick up time for morning desert safari is from 08:00-09:00 am and drop off time is from 12:30 PM 01:00 PM. Please make sure to contact your captain upon your pick and drop time interval. Make sure all your belongings are with you at this time. Kindly be punctual about your pick and drop timings. All your events will take place in a particular sequence so kindly follow the timings we have mentioned to avoid any confusion.

Payment Method

With no hidden charges, numerous payment options are accepted and accessible, including cash on delivery, payment online through bank transfer, and payment via ATM cards; however, there is a 5% service charge for online payment via bank transfers and ATM cards. 1. Safety

We would like it to be known that the safety of your belongings is your responsibility. It is advisable to not bring any extraordinary expensive items but if you do so then they are your responsibility. Especially during dune bashing and quad biking, as these activities are done in the desert, which is a very vast area, filled of sand, so it will be tough searching for your belongings, which may get under the sand due to the winds flying the sand particles from one place to another. Other than that, your safety and well-being is our utmost priority. So do look after your mobile phones, wallets, purses and other valuables.

2. Clothes and Shoes

As for your clothing, it is advised to wear loose fitted and light clothes during the summer because of the heat. While in the winters, it is advisable to don thick and warm clothing, so you are kept warm. Also kindly wear light colored clothes in the summer. As for your footwear, you should wear open sandals for the desert, because the sand particles may stick in your shoes which will irritate you. However, in the city, you can wear shoes of any kind.

3. Dune Bashing

Dune bashing is not recommended for heart patients, pregnant ladies and those people who have a history of back problems. As the vehicles are used at high speeds during dune bashing, and at high areas of the dunes, it is a very interesting activity. Dune bashing will be done in the same vehicles as the ones you are offered pick and drop services in. Our Dune Bashing is done at Red Dunes and this dune bashing is one of a kind. During dune bashing, we also give you a photography point where you can take pictures and film videos to share with your friends and family members as well as on your social media accounts.

4. Children

Children below the age of 3 are free of cost. However, those above, a seat is reserved for them and charged the same as an adult, as per the rule of UAE. Make sure to look after your kids during all times and all parts of the journey.

5.Large Group

Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is as follows. Please read the terms and conditions given below to avoid any confusion:

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund, except in the case of an emergency (transfer charges will apply).
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or no-shows will be charged in full.
The refund amount will be paid back to the same card that was used to make the reservation.
In the case of inclement weather or other external causes beyond our reasonable control, the activity/tour may be cancelled at short notice without incurring any expenses to the visitor. The tour/activity can be rescheduled in such situations, or a full refund will be issued.
Depending on your bank’s regulations, the refund might take 7 to 14 days to appear in your account.
